IPL Permanent Hair Removal
IPL SHR (intense pulse light) permanent hair removal is an effective method of getting rid of unwanted hair. IPL and laser can only target hair at a certain stage in the growth cycle. On average, only 20% of hair is showing at any given time thus the need for 5-6 sessions.The SHR system is a simple procedure and you should not find it uncomfortable.
